How we do it?

Exr tech solutions proposes to have weekly scrum meetings with client stakeholders and implement daily scrums and sprints with the internal team. Monthly sprint reviews would help all stakeholders have visibility of deliverables and status.

Weekly Status Meetings (WSM)

WSM would serve as a weekly SCRUM for the project with Projects Manager, Delivery Team and Client Project Manager as stakeholders. It is visible to all team members for the purposes of Task Allocations, Status, Process Stages, Dependencies, and Challenges.

Status Reporting (PSM)

PSM serves as a monthly SCRUM with visibility to the client. Exr Tech solutions Project Manager is the one who facilitates the progress of the meeting. The meetings consists of tasks, reviews, issues and escalations, solutions and post meeting acknowledgements and confirmations.

QA/ Testing Framework
